St Ives is a great place for late winter treat. The fantastic low sun and warmer climate make for a great half term or Valentine’s break.
What’s more there are lots of place to enjoy a romantic candlelight dinner or a family meal out. What I love is getting wrapped up and walking on the beach with the family, playing an impromptu game of cricket, flying a kite on the island, or even watching my boys don their wetsuits and take a brave dip in the sea.
The shops are starting to fill with summer fashions and fabulous gifts and souvenirs and galleries have lots of artworks to tempt your senses.
There’s a great choice of accommodation too, from self-catering offered by agents St Ives Holidays, Aspects Holidays and Carbis Bay Holidays, while Tregenna Castle offers a mix of self-catering and luxury hotel breaks overlooking the bay. You can treat your loved one to a spa treatment too!
So what are you waiting for… take a look today.
